Adding a link to Planets/Sugar/Collective/Uni

Hi PopulAR team,

I suddenly remembered a post talking about Sugar and Collective and came here looking for answers. I found my answer on the “main” page, and I think a link on the nav bar to that page would be nice; and in the future a link to Sugar/Collective/Uni would also be nice.

I feel like the planets are too disconnected with almost no links pointing to each other.

Good point! Maybe this would be good content for the banner since the real-estate in the top bar is pretty limited on mobile.
