I am a beginner at meta spark and I just published an effect while it was in review it was working perfectly on both Instagram and Facebook. However, unfortunately, after it was approved on Instagram the camera became very blurry. I tested it again in the project itself, and it works perfectly in the mobile meta spark app. Similarly on Facebook. Yet on Instagram testing and on the published filter on Instagram it’s still blurry.
Hope anyone can advise me how to fix this issue
That’s really strange behavior. I guess you could try just publishing an update to see if that will fix it. Can you share some photos or videos of the blurriness? That might give us a better idea of how to fix the problem, but it seems like a bug.
