Effect House - Transparence for PBR material (3D face)

Would anyone know if there is a way to use an opacity mask on a PBR material in the 3D face?
In spark I do it by patch, but I still don’t know how to do it in effect house so as not to have those edges on the face and that reflection near the eye.

There isn’t a separate slot for opacity mask, but if you set the opacity in the diffuse texture, it should work.
