Normal maps on material of rectangles not rendering right on iphones

I trying to create a glass effect using the camera texture transforming in normal map and then using realistic based shader to create reflections. It work fine on spark and on my phone but not on my friend’s iphone.
There is a bug about normal map on iphones ?

Can you share the screenshot of the bugged look and the fine look?
Is this normal map a baked normal texture or using texture/height to normal map patch in the library?

I am using camera texture in the “texture to normal map” patch. It work how it should on my phone with the execption of iphone. The texture become just white.

I know there have been issues with dot product lately. Try replacing this dot product patch with the luminance patch from the library
