I get the same thing with a Logitech camera, a Microsoft camera and an Elgato Camlink.
And for your information, I’ve been getting the same thing on Meta Spark for about 20 versions.
Has anyone had this problem before?
Thanks and have a nice day.
Does your webcam work reliably with other applications? I wonder if there’s some control app interfering with it. Sometimes webcam driver apps or control software can put a lock on the stream so it’s only accessible by one program.
Hi Josh!
Thanks for your reply.
All the webcams I tested work very well with the other programs. OBS, Google Meet, Lens studio, etc…
They also work very well on another pc with Windows 11 as well.
They are well authorized on Windows and they are not used by other programs when I want to use them on EH or Meta Spark.
What is strange is that it worked fine on earlier versions of Meta Spark for example.
I will try a repair of the operating system.
Have a nice day.
Hi Boris, thanks for your reply. I had already tried it and it gave me the same problem. I finally managed to solve the problem. It was the Kaspersky antivirus on my corporate network that was blocking the video stream from the cameras.
Thanks again!
Have a nice day.
