Hi everyone.
I installed Spark AR and haven’t been able to use it yet, due to this preview that just stays white. I’ve already tried to change the video that appears in that blank area, but it doesn’t change, and consequently I can’t see any element that I insert into the project.
I installed several versions, to be sure if it was a problem with the software, but I don’t think it is.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? Do you know what I can do to solve this problem?
