Fixed Image Tracker flipped and won't scan image

For some reason, my target tracker is flipped. This is odd as yesterday it was working perfectly, and this afternoon it is flipped upside down and refuses to scan images. Here is the screenshot of what it looks like vs. the actual image. I, myself tested it this afternoon, and it is also flipped and refused to scan, and this is the first time it happened. How do I fix this?
